We will help your organization look forward for a specified time frame (3 – 5 years), try to envision what and where you will be, see your organization’s potential beyond the day-to-day constraints and then help you create plans or roadmaps for achieving that potential.
To accomplish this, we would spend time learning about your organization through interviews with members of your board, staff, funders and other external stakeholders usually asking questions about the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats facing your organization. This environmental scan provides useful information for planning purposes.
During the planning, usually held over a couple of days in a workshop format, we would work with your key leaders to develop the vision, mission, values, and strategic directions, with associated actions.
By the end of the consulting project, you will have a plan that can guide your organization’s activities over the next 3 – 5 years, and position you to be well on your way to achieving your vision.
